Go Man Go
was foaled in 1953 by Top Deck and out of Lightfoot Sis. Although neither his
mother nor father raced, the roan AQHA colt quickly proved he had the capability
to be a racing champion. Go Man Go earned many honors in both his racing career
and in the breeding shed. Three times he was named World Champion Racing
American Quarter Horse, including becoming the first 2-year-old to ever claim
that honor. He earned a Speed Index of 100, multiple divisional titles, set
three track records and a world record, equaled a world record and became one of
the greatest sires in American Quarter Horse racing history. He earned a
Superior Performance Award for Racing, was considered a Race Money-earner and
was the High Money Earning Horse for 1957. He was inducted into the AQHA Hall of
Fame in 1990. Go Man Go dominated the American Quarter Horse racing scene like
